What to Expect

We've invited Joe Palin (Founder and Head of Studios), Victoria Sinikliyski (Principal Studio Recruiter) and Tom Pelini (Studio Recruitment Director) from Studiotypes, the games industry’s premier talent partners, to join our webinar and share their expertise on crafting a great games portfolio.

They source high level candidates for gaming studios around the world, and are changing the way the industry thinks about talent procurement.

Joe Palin

"As the Founder and Head of Studios at Studiotypes, my role includes acting as Talent Lead for both Compulsion Games (Xbox) and Thought Pennies, helping them refine their talent strategies and building teams of incredible game developers. I'm also here to ensure operational and creative direction to my team of highly talented Studio Recruiters who work with our numerous partners of ours around the World.

My experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand spans over 15 years hiring for the Technology, Creative and Interactive Entertainment Industries, with the last 8 years spent working exclusively in the Games industry."

Tom Pelini

"A passionate gamer ever since I can remember, turned Recruiter around 10 years ago. I have been blessed to enter the gaming industry 7 years ago and collaborate with some of the coolest studios in the world.

My work revolves around all things Talent Acquisition and Management alongside Joe with Thought Pennies and Compulsion on an embedded level, as well as external consultancy to studios such as Neon Giant, Tequila Works and several others."

Victoria Sinikliyski

A gamer at heart since... forever. Whether it's single-player, multiplayer or toggling between PC, and console (yes, mobile too), she's in.

Victoria is now combining her studies in Game Development with her love of building teams for studios across the globe.
