Meet the Scholars: Escape Studios Awards Undergraduate Scholarship Recipients

Escape Studios is proud to announce the recipients of its 2024 undergraduate scholarships, honouring exceptional talent and ambitions in the fields of animation, games and VFX. The scholarships are developed by industry professionals, offering students the opportunity to be hand-picked by some of the biggest names in the industry.  

This year’s scholarship recipients include Thomas Potgieter, Suzie Kim, Ilya Lytvynenko and Oscar Cutmore who have been selected for their passion and outstanding potential.

Thomas Potgieter

The undergraduate scholarship scheme is part of Escape Studios’ mission to inspire and support the next generation of creative talent. Each awarded scholarship provides the student with the opportunity to have their first year’s tuition fees paid, paving the path for their future career in the creative industries.
