Matteo Sanna joined Escape Studios in October 2020 and works as the Lead / Animation Supervisor. With over 14 years experience in keyframe animation, Matteo has worked on a wide range of projects throughout his career.
Starting in cartoon animation, he then transformed to more realistic human and creature animations. His most recent work includes Avatar: The Way of the Water which won the Oscar for best Visual Effects at the 95th Academy Awards.
His portfolio includes over 25 productions includes works on Avengers: End Game, Avengers: Infinity War, The Witcher, Beauty and the Beast, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, Little Mermaid, Alien Covenant, Tom and Jerry, The Martian, Horizon: Forbidden West, Horizon: Call of the Mountains and Horizon: Zero Dawn.
