Thanks for booking your spot at one of our open events. You don’t need to sign up for any individual sessions, you’re free to explore the event at your own pace. Depending on whether you’ve signed up for a face-to-face or online event, you’ll have access to a variety of activities throughout the day.
To help you make the most of the event, we've included some handy content to check out ahead of time*. We'll be adding more info about the schedule, speaker line up and FAQs soon, why not bookmark this page so you don't miss out!

EXPLORE OUR STUDIOS
If you’re attending in person, you’ll have the chance to make the most of our studio tours taking place throughout the day. Our classrooms are fitted out with some impressive tech and have incredible views of London's Design District, the River Thames and of course the O2!
Our building is Disability Discrimination Act compliant, however we appreciate needs can vary. Check out our accessibility information to learn more - and please be sure to get in touch if you or your guests have any additional requirements we can work to accommodate.

Whether you’re joining us online or in person, our Admissions Team will discuss undergraduate admissions, from the start of your application journey until you enrol.
The talk will cover entry requirements, student finance and portfolio submissions.
PORTFOLIO TOP TIPS
If you’re attending in person, you’ll have the opportunity to meet our 3D Animation Tutor who will be available to offer guidance on what to include in your portfolio. You'll also receive a printed copy of our undergraduate portfolio guide!

TUTORS
Our expert tutors will be on hand at our in-person October open day. If you want to learn more about our courses in Animation, Games, VFX, Concept Art, or Motion Graphics, they can answer your questions and share insights from their industry experience.
- Clement Gharini – Head of VFX, specialising in cinematography and compositing, with experience on blockbuster films and award-winning projects.
- Philip Meredith – Head of Games, with over 10 years’ experience working in video games and computer graphics.
- Kevin Richards – 3D Animation Tutor, RCA graduate and animator whose work includes Pariah the Red Man, The Yes or No Guru, and Pop Paper City.

Travel bursaries
We know that for some, the cost of attending our events might be a concern. Bursaries of up to £75 can be awarded to eligible students to help reduce the cost of travelling to open days.

Frequently asked questions
Can I bring guests?
You can bring up to two people with you. When booking, you should have the option to select the amount of guests. If you didn't select any but would like to bring someone with you, please send us an email - our team will be able to let you know if there's capacity.
What do I need to bring to check in?
Our team at reception will be ready to sign you in when you arrive. All you need is:
- Your first and last name
- The email address you used to make the booking
What can I do in the area while I wait?
Our campus is located right next to the O2, which has a range of eateries, discount clothing and accessory shops. If you're not one to shop, there's plenty of cafes in the Design District, as well as a canteen only a minute away from campus.
