Escape Studios ranked top five for Animation for eight years running

The 2026 Animation Career Review results are in, and for eight years running, Escape Studios has been ranked top five in the UK for Animation. 

This year’s results also place Escape Studios firmly on the international stage, with rankings across multiple regions:  

• 5^th in the UK 
• 12^th in Europe 
• 27^th globally.

These rankings highlight Escape Studios’ continued growth and reputation as a leading specialist provider, competing alongside major institutions worldwide.

Animation Career Review is an online resource for people aspiring for careers in animation, game design, graphic design, digital art and related fields. The site has published animation school rankings since 2012 and looks at the academic reputation, admission selectivity, employment data, depth and breadth of the program faculty, graduation rate and retention rate of different institutions to help prospective students make an informed choice about where to study.
